Ionic Order is currently hiring for full-time positions at our production facility. We seek reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team across multiple departments.

Current Openings

• Quality Control Technicians

  • Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

  • Qualifications: Prior quality control experience required. Active American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Technician Level 1 or higher certification is preferred.

• Welders & Fabricators

  • Responsibilities: Custom fabrication and welding using steel, wood and other misc. materials for production of molds and custom precast concrete elements.

  • Qualifications: Experienced & proficient in carpentry & welding techniques

• Heavy Equipment & Machine Operators

  • Responsibilities: Operating forklift, front-end loader and other misc. heavy equipment. Loading & sorting aggregates, loading & unloading finished products & other materials.

  • Qualifications: Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a manufacturing or construction environments.

• Production Laborers

  • Responsibilities: Preparation & assembly of precast components, including reinforcement assembly, mold setup, and general plant operations in all stages of concrete production.

  • Qualifications: Organized and hard working with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
